Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized GRE cum Sales Coordinator to handle customer interactions, walk-ins, sales coordination, and day-to-day support for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers/visitors and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Channel Partners for customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, presentations, and customer appointments.
- Support the sales team in preparing reports, MIS, and daily sales updates.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Assist in documentation, booking-related coordination, and other sales support activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and internal departments.





Key Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive customer handling and coordination abilities.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Hospitality / Retail / Customer Service will be preferred.
