Key Responsibilities

- Monitor guest feedback through interactions and escalate specific concerns to management.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest behaviour and movement during the tour to ensure safety and comfort.
- Announce and reinforce safety guidelines, such as remaining seated while the bus is in motion and keeping limbs inside the bus.
- Assist during emergencies, administer basic first aid where required, and alert the in-house hospital if needed.
- Conduct post-tour bus checks to ensure no guest belongings are left behind and report any found items to Security.
- Guide guests post-tour to attractions, shows, rides, Fundustan, restaurants, and shopping areas.
- Resolve issues such as lost items and ticketing disputes with empathy and professionalism.
