We are looking for a professional, polished and customer-oriented candidate to join our Service Team as:

Guest Relation Assistant Manager – Service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the service workshop.
- Manage customer reception and ensure a smooth and comfortable service experience.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Service Advisors.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with customers during their workshop visit.
- Coordinate with Service, CRM and other departments for customer requirements.
- Ensure high standards of customer hospitality and service experience.
- Support customer feedback, follow-up and customer satisfaction initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE





• Relevant experience in an Automobile Dealership / Car Service Workshop is strongly preferred .

• Candidates with experience in Customer Relations, Guest Relations, Front Office or Hospitality may also apply.

• Experience in premium/luxury automobile dealerships or hospitalit y will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, polished and professional personality with robust customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a welcoming approach.
