Guest Experience Executive - Events involves hands-on work across events, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable. The role is based in Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Typical responsibilities include maintaining records and updates, preparing or supporting content and reports where required, coordinating schedules, and stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods.
- HappinessCue may also be involved in selected assignments where the role connects with its platform, content, events or partner ecosystem.
