About the Role

Were hiring a metrics-obsessed GTM Engineer to own performance marketing across our channel mix. Youll be the driving force behind campaigns that dont just run - they compound. What Youll Do

- Design and execute go-to-market campaigns spanning Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels

- Take full ownership of Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) - from audience architecture to creative iteration to bid strategy

- Manage campaign budgets with discipline, tracking spend against ROI at every stage

- Architect the marketing funnel end-to-end - awareness, consideration, conversion

- Implement and maintain attribution infrastructure: GTM, pixels, and conversion event tracking

- Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS through GA4 and other analytics platforms, iterating based on data

- Design and run rigorous A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate copywriting, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting

- Partner cross-functionally with design, product, and sales on positioning and launch strategy

- Keep CRM data clean and current, and deliver performance reporting to stakeholders

What You Bring

- 2.5+ years in performance/digital marketing with deep, hands-on Meta Ads expertise
- A track record of scaling campaigns successfully across multiple platforms





- Experience owning budgeted campaigns with explicit KPIs and accountability for spend

- Strong grasp of funnel design, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategy

- Working fluency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/marketing automation platforms

- Comfort using AI tools for marketing - ChatGPT/Claude for copy, AI creative generators, AI-driven optimization tools

- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; basic SQL a plus

- Sharp analytical instincts paired with strong stakeholder communication
- A true ownership mentality - you drive launches, not just manage tasks within them

Nice to Have

- Experience with attribution platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude

- Exposure to product positioning, pricing strategy, or GTM automation/scripting

- Familiarity with predictive or AI-driven marketing analytics
