- Plan and supervise daily GRP/FRP production activities
- Manage mould preparation, gelcoat application, lamination, curing, demoulding, trimming and finishing
- Ensure correct GSM, resin-to-fibre ratio and laminate sequence as per specifications
- Supervise workers and allocate manpower per production needs
- Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions and structural defects
- Identify and reduce defects (air bubbles, dry spots, delamination, improper curing)
- Maintain production, material consumption and wastage records
- Coordinate with design/engineering, purchase, stores, dispatch and installation teams
- Train workers on proper GRP techniques and safety practices
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity,
quality and cost
What We're Looking For:
- Practical knowledge of GRP/FRP hand lay-up and composite manufacturing
- Familiarity with CSM, woven roving, resin systems, gelcoat and curing
- Ability to read production drawings and specifications
- Solid manpower planning and quality-control skills
- Knowledge of occupational safety and chemical handling
- Prior experience with portable buildings, FRP toilets or panels is a plus
