About the Role:

We’re looking for a Growth & Strategy Lead to help build the next phase of PanScience.

PanScience is a deep-tech and AI venture studio. We work across startups, enterprises, GCCs, hyperscalers and institutions, building companies, products and technology partnerships around real-world opportunities.

This role is about finding those opportunities and turning them into meaningful partnerships.

What you'll work on:

- Build and manage relationships across the startup, enterprise, GCC and technology ecosystem.
- Identify companies, technologies and market opportunities where PanScience can create value.
- Build strategic partnerships, co-build opportunities, JVs and commercial relationships.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners and opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with founders, CXOs, business leaders and technology teams.
- Understand partner priorities and work with internal teams to shape the right proposition.
- Take opportunities from the first conversation through negotiation and execution.
- Represent PanScience at ecosystem events, founder communities, industry forums and relevant networks.
- Work closely with leadership to identify new markets, sectors and partnership models.

What we're looking for:





This isn't a traditional sales role.

- Has strong business and commercial thinking.
- Can independently build relationships and open doors.
- Is comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Understands how startups, enterprises and technology ecosystems work.
- Can identify opportunities beyond an obvious sales pitch.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership from zero to one.
- Can move between strategy, conversations and execution.
- Has a strong interest in AI, deep tech, startups and emerging technology.

Experience: Typically 4+ years in strategy, partnerships, business development, consulting, ecosystem, venture building or a similar role. Exceptional candidates can be considered irrespective of the exact title they've held.
