We're hiring our first growth hire. You won't report to a marketing manager or follow a playbook someone else wrote. You'll work directly with the founder, own the revenue pipeline end-to-end, and figure out what works — then scale it.
This role is for someone who wants to learn by doing, not by watching. You'll be running ads, writing cold outreach, booking demos, and closing deals — all within your first few weeks. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't for you. If that sounds exciting, keep reading.
What you'll do:
→ Run Paid Campaigns — Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads targeting HR leaders, founders, and ops heads at Indian SMEs. You'll own budgets, test creatives, and learn what converts.
→ Build Outbound Systems — Set up cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead. Write the messaging, build the lists, manage deliverability.
→ Book Meetings & Manage Pipeline — Make sure qualified leads turn into booked demos. Set up scheduling tools, follow-up automations, and keep the CRM clean.
→ Get on Calls & Close — You'll run discovery calls and product demos yourself. Learn to sell a SaaS product to real business buyers — this skill alone is worth more than any MBA.
→ Track What Works — Build simple dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline. You'll learn to think in numbers, not opinions.
You're a great fit if:
- You've done something on your own — ran a freelance gig, built a side project, managed social media for a brand, sold something online. We care about initiative, not degrees.
- You're curious about SaaS, B2B sales, digital marketing, or growth — and you've already started learning through YouTube,
courses, Twitter, or just doing stuff.
- You've touched Meta Ads or Google Ads even once — even a ₹500 campaign you ran for fun counts. Willingness to learn rapid matters more than years of experience.
- You write clearly. No jargon, no fluff. If you can write a sharp cold email or a LinkedIn DM that gets a reply, you're ahead of 90% of applicants.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. There's no training program here — you'll figure things out with guidance, not handholding.
- You want to build a career in SaaS growth and revenue, and you understand that the fastest way to get there is by doing the work at an early-stage company.
Tools you'll work with (we'll teach you what you don't know): Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Apollo.io, Instantly/Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot or similar), Calendly, Google Sheets, ClickUp
Compensation & Growth Path:
- ₹2.5–3 LPA fixed
- performance-based incentives tied to pipeline and revenue
- This isn't a role where comp stays flat — it grows as you grow the revenue. You build the engine, you earn your share of what it produces.
- Founding team trajectory — prove your commitment and impact over 6–12 months, and you earn a seat at the table: ESOPs, a founding team title, and a direct hand in shaping the company's growth story.
- Learn by doing what most people only read about — you'll get more real SaaS GTM experience in 6 months here than in 2 years at a large company.
How to apply: Skip the resume-only approach. Send a short note telling us:
1. Something you built, sold, or grew on your own — any scale, any context.
2. Why SaaS and revenue interests you — in 2–3 lines, not an essay.
