Title - Growth & Partnerships Intern (Unpaid Internship)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Intern to support the growth and sustainability of IBS Software's flagship CSR initiative, Futurepoint Cabs. The role offers exposure to market research, business development, stakeholder engagement, campaign planning, and impact-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, customer needs, and growth strategies for flagship CSR projects.
- Support corporate and institutional business development efforts through lead generation, stakeholder mapping, outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in developing and executing retail market engagement strategies, awareness campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, field visits,



and partnership discussions to support business expansion efforts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, impact stories, and communication campaigns.
- Track business development activities, campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement of programs and partnerships.

- Degree from a reputed institution.
- Solid communication, presentation, networking, and client engagement skills.
- Interest in market research, business development, and growth strategy.
