Core Responsibilities

1. Support Partnership-Building

Help grow Botpresso's presence with the organizations and communities that put us in front of the people who matter — learning ecosystem-level relationship building by doing it, not just observing.
- Research and help identify VC/PE firms, communities, and growth advisors aligned with our ICP
- Maintain outreach trackers and follow-up cadences for partnership conversations already in motion
- Participate in target marketer/growth communities under guidance — learning how genuine, helpful engagement builds visibility over time
- Support logistics for joint activities (workshops, co-hosted sessions) once partnerships are scoped

1. Support Sales Enablement & Presales

Build real sales-enablement skills by supporting live deals and assets — not shadowing from the sidelines.
- Assist in building and updating lead magnets (audits, scorecards) under guidance from senior team members
- Help keep case studies and sales collateral current — gathering inputs from the SEO team and drafting first passes for review
- Support presales prep — pulling together an audit or proof point ahead of a call, reviewed by the Director of Growth before it goes out

1. Get Hands-On with Demand Gen





This is where you'll spend the most time early on - a genuine training ground for growth marketing fundamentals.
- Directly execute the operational pieces of demand gen initiatives — webinar logistics, newsletter administration, content calendar upkeep, community tracking
- Take full ownership of specific recurring tasks (e.g. newsletter scheduling, performance tracking) once ramped up

What We're Looking For AI-Pilled

You're genuinely excited about AI and already experiment with AI tools in your own life or work, even informally. You don't need qualified experience with GEO/AEO — you need real curiosity about how AI is changing how people find information, and the drive to learn the mechanics fast.

Curious, Problem Solver

You figure things out rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions. No prior agency experience required — what matters is resourcefulness, a genuine learning drive, and comfort with ambiguity in a small, fast-moving team.

Comfortable Communicating, Eager to Grow

You communicate clearly and are eager to build confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and external partners over time. You don't need polish on day one - you need the willingness to get in the room and learn.

Pay: ₹20,734.37 - ₹40,000.00 per month
