Role Overview The Growth & Strategy Associate will work as a high-ownership generalist across growth, sales, customer success, and business operations for both Zreo and Sentinel.
The role needs someone who can independently identify what needs to be done, structure priorities, execute consistently, and keep looking for ways to improve how Zreo runs and grows.
Reporting Line, Location & Compensation
- Based in Mumbai
- ₹40,000/month to ₹50,000/month (4.80 LPA to 6 LPA)
- Team Claude Max seat provided for AI-assisted work (If required)
- Employment Type: Full time
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Saturday half day)
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Joining: Immediate / as soon as possible
Key Result Areas
- AI development Oversight — review Sentinel's AI product logs, flag issues, come up with ideas and feed improvements back into the products
- Lead & Client Management — track every Sentinel and CRE lead through to demo/visit, close, and onboarding
- Customer Success — be the point of contact for Sentinel clients, running onboarding and resolving issues
- Sales Execution — run pre-demo calls and demos,
and work towards monthly Sentinel targets
- Marketing & Growth — support campaigns and social/brand presence for both businesses, briefing freelancers where needed

Eligibility
- Graduation completed or nearing completion
- Freshers welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of experience also eligible
