Responsibilities

- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy spanning across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Managing and running highly targeted Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn to generate high-intent enterprise and SMB inbound leads.

- Designing, building, and automating multi-channel marketing campaigns using our own database, segmented emails, and retargeting ads.

- Analysing search trends to build out and optimize our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) pipeline around keywords like CPaaS, Omnichannel CRM, WhatsApp Automation, and Helpdesk Software.

- Evaluating critical metrics that affect website traffic,



cost per acquisition (CPA), lead quality, and target audience penetration.

- Working closely with product and content teams to brainstorm creative organic campaigns, product-led growth (PLG) loops, and growth experiments.

Skills Required

- 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing inside a B2B SaaS/Tech company.

- Deep understanding of running paid acquisition campaigns and building data-driven inbound pipelines.

- Core Skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), Marketing Automation, and Content Strategy, Answer engine optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation.
