HavStrategy is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance and growth strategy across our client accounts. This role goes beyond channel execution: you'll build the testing roadmap, mentor a small team of performance marketers, and be the person in the room turning campaign data into a growth story that clients and founders can act on. You'll still get your hands dirty in Ads Manager — you're just no longer judged only on that.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the growth strategy and roadmap across paid (Google, Meta), lifecycle/retention, and experimentation
- Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketers, reviewing campaign builds and testing plans
- Define the KPI framework — CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period — and report on it to leadership and clients
- Partner with creative and content teams to run a structured, always-on creative-testing pipeline
- Identify and prioritize new growth levers and channels beyond current paid spend
- Own budget allocation across channels and campaigns to hit blended CAC/ROAS targets
- Build and maintain the reporting cadence and dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews




- Present growth performance and strategy directly to clients and founders

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring others
- A track record of scaling paid budgets across Google and Meta while improving CAC and ROAS
- Experience owning reporting and strategy conversations directly with clients or leadership

Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Strong grasp of attribution, pixel/conversion tracking, and experimentation design (A/B testing)
- Comfortable moving between hands-on campaign work and team leadership in the same week
- A structured, transparent communicator who can turn data into a narrative for non-marketers
- Familiarity with lifecycle or retention channels — email, WhatsApp, CRM — is a plus

Location & Logistics
- Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh — on-site
- Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting (required)
- Compensation: 25k to 55k
- Employment Type: Full-time
