Role & responsibilities

Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries.

- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and effectively present software/AI solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams when required.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial discussions.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build long-term customer relationships.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular pipeline and sales reports.

Marketing

- Support the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns.

- Assist in creating presentations, product collateral, case studies, email campaigns and other sales enablement material.

- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.

- Research target markets, industries,



competitors and prospective customers.

- Support webinars, conferences, industry events and other lead-generation initiatives.

- Work closely with the leadership and product teams to communicate the company's value proposition effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- 34 years of experience in B2B software, SaaS, technology or IT product sales.

- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business development.

- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value to customers.

- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and client meetings.

- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to learn about AI, Agentic AI and AI infrastructure.
