Fiberise is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency and scale online revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Own key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate and revenue growth.
- Use market intelligence, competitor analysis and consumer trends to improve campaign strategy and efficiency.
- Analyse creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative teams to build and test high-performing ads.
- Optimise the complete customer funnel from ad click to purchase and repeat purchase.
- Identify new channels, targeting strategies and growth experiments.
- Track performance data and allocate budgets toward the highest-performing opportunities.
- Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / D2C Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of D2C funnels, attribution and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience in health, wellness, FMCG, beauty or consumer brands is preferred.
