About the engagement

Consultant Partners is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead on our payroll for a dedicated engagement with one of our clients, a venture-backed US and EU digital health company. The client’s clinically validated product provides psychological support to people affected by cancer, combining a certified application with personalized human coaching to help patients and survivors cope with the anxiety, depression and emotional weight of a diagnosis. It is reimbursed by insurers across multiple European markets, has an established US reimbursement pathway, and is live with a US health system.

You will be a Consultant Partners contractor, assigned full-time to this single client. The client is identified at shortlist stage under NDA.

Why this role exists A patient can leave an oncology visit with a treatment plan and still not know where to turn for help coping at home. Some hear about the product from a trusted nurse or social worker. Others search for support with no introduction at all. Some are covered by insurance, others pay out of pocket.

Every one of those journeys needs a message that earns trust and a simple path into care. You will learn where people hesitate or drop off, and build a repeatable engine from first contact through enrollment, activation and continued use. This is the client’s first dedicated US growth hire, and AI is central to how the team runs growth. You are expected to use it daily to move faster, test more and decide better.

What you will do

● Scale acquisition across channels. Personally run paid search and social, and expand into YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and native or programmatic channels so that growth does not depend on one platform. Own budgets, account structure, bidding, campaigns, landing pages and creative tests. Grow qualified demand against agreed cost-per-enrolled-patient targets, for both reimbursed and out-of-pocket patients.

● Know the customer. Speak with patients and caregivers, and work closely with navigators. Combine their questions and language with search intent, partner context and funnel data. Understand what prompts interest, what earns trust and what holds people back, before writing a headline.

● Turn insight into playbooks. Segment patients and caregivers by what they need and how they seek help, and clinical referrers by role and workflow. Build direct and partner-specific campaign playbooks covering trigger moments, objections, proof points, messaging, channels, referral handoffs and follow-up.

● Build an AI-powered creative engine. Establish a steady rhythm of briefing and testing patient-centered ads, hooks, copy and landing pages. Use generative AI tools to produce and iterate variants at scale. Move quickly, scale what works, manage creative fatigue,

and keep health claims clear and responsible.

● Automate and use AI in analysis. Use platform AI features such as Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max and automated bidding while keeping control of targeting, budgets and quality. Build AI-assisted workflows for campaign analysis, anomaly detection, reporting and lead-quality monitoring.

● Improve the whole funnel. Diagnose drop-offs from click or referral through enrollment, first use and month two. Work with the enrollment team on lead quality, speed-to-lead, contact rates and consultation-to-enrollment conversion. Run conversion, onboarding and re-engagement experiments with design, product and care colleagues, using cohort data to understand engagement and retention.

● Make partner programs perform. For live B2B and B2B2C programs, develop patient-facing campaigns and referral journeys with the partnerships and care teams. Make referrals easier for clinicians and enrollment easier for patients. Test prompts, materials, handoffs and follow-up, and measure referral-to-enrollment and activation by partner and program.

● Make performance visible. Build reliable tracking, including server-side tagging, conversion APIs, offline conversion uploads from CRM and enrollment data, and UTM governance. Build a CEO-facing growth dashboard showing spend, qualified demand, referrals, stage conversion, acquisition cost by route, activation and retention cohorts. Use it to set priorities, identify measurement gaps and flag problems before you are asked.

Who we are looking for

● Ten or more years of hands-on performance or growth marketing, including personal ownership of paid budgets across at least three to four channels, and evidence of scaling acquisition within cost targets.

● Experience optimising for downstream conversions such as sales, enrollments or activations, not leads alone, using offline conversion imports and CRM data.

● Strong customer research and creative judgment. You can turn customer insight and funnel analysis into campaigns and conversion improvements, and you know what makes an ad convert.

● Measurement fluency across campaign measurement and dashboard building (GA4, Looker Studio or similar, advanced spreadsheets) and unit economics such as CAC, payback and LTV to CAC.

● Experience working within sensitive-category ad targeting, data-use and claims rules on Meta and Google, and the ability to measure results without exposing personal health information.

● Proven proficiency with AI in growth marketing: generative AI for creative development and testing, AI-assisted analysis and reporting,

and platform automation, with concrete examples. You ship tests quickly, stop weak ones and build on results.

● Pace and collaboration skills to work across marketing, partnerships, product and care.

● Fluent, executive-grade written English.

Nice to have

● Digital health, telehealth, behavioral health or oncology experience.

● Understanding of US health privacy constraints on tracking (HIPAA, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, TCPA for SMS and calls) and experience with compliant setups such as server-side GTM or Conversions API.

● Experience with reimbursed US healthcare funnels, including insurance eligibility and commercial or Medicare coverage.

● Experience with lead-generation funnels handed off to a telesales or care navigation team.

● Experience building custom AI workflows or agents, or using no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n for marketing operations.

What success looks like

● Qualified demand growing against an agreed cost-per-enrolled-patient target, across more than one channel.

● A documented set of campaign playbooks in use, for both direct and partner routes.

● Reliable end-to-end tracking, with acquisition cost by route visible and trusted.

● A CEO-facing growth dashboard that arrives on cadence and drives the weekly priorities.

Ways of working

● Full-time and dedicated to this client. This is a single-client assignment, not fractional across engagements.

● Fixed shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. This gives full overlap with US Eastern business hours and with European colleagues, with occasional later calls for US Pacific meetings.

● Embedded in the client’s tools from day one, daily written end-of-day note, camera-on for team meetings.

● No access to patient data or protected health information. The role runs on marketing and operational data only.

Engagement terms

● Contract on Consultant Partners payroll, with a two-week evaluation gate for both parties. Option to extend or convert by mutual agreement.

● Immediate start. NDA, consulting agreement and IP assignment executed through Consultant Partners before day one.

Selection process

1. Profile screening and shortlisting by Consultant Partners. Relevant campaign examples required.
2. Interview with the client CEO.
3. Short written exercise, briefed at shortlist stage.

How to apply Own the experiments and the economics, and help more people find support when they need it. With your application, please show us:

● a campaign you scaled within an acquisition-cost target, including the channels and the budget;

● a funnel drop-off you fixed, with the numbers before and after;

● one example of how you used AI to improve campaign performance or speed.

Consultant Partners is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive, respectful team.
