About us: J P Traders is a pharmaceutical distributor in Kolhapur. We built a retailer ordering app (web + Android) that lets medical stores browse our catalog, place orders, track bills, and pay online, replacing phone-call ordering with something faster and available around the clock.

What you'll do

- Help retailers (medical stores) discover and start using the app, via WhatsApp, in-person visits, and phone follow-ups - Create easy promotional content (posters, short videos, WhatsApp broadcast messages) in Marathi and English - Track app downloads, active retailers, and order volume, and report weekly progress - Gather feedback from retailers on what's confusing or missing in the app - Learn and apply basic B2B e-commerce growth tactics, referral pushes, onboarding funnels, retention messaging Who we're looking for:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (marketing, business, or related,



not mandatory if you're sharp and motivated) - Comfortable with WhatsApp, basic design tools (Canva or similar), and spreadsheets - Fluent in Marathi and English - Based in Kolhapur and able to visit retailers regularly - Bonus: interest in e-commerce, pharma/healthcare, or having run any small promotion or growth project before What you'll gain:
