We are looking for a Growth/ Category Manager (Field) to build and expand our supplier network across Delhi NCR. The role involves identifying current suppliers, onboarding them, managing supplier relationships and driving business growth across OEM, OES and aftermarket/imported parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new suppliers across the automotive spare-parts market.
- Build and expand a strong supplier network across assigned markets.
- Manage existing supplier relationships and grow business with key accounts.
- Work with suppliers across OEM, OES, aftermarket and imported parts.
- Regularly meet suppliers and develop strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand market trends, product availability and supplier capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supplier onboarding and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, market development or similar roles.
- Experience in automotive, automobile spare parts, aftermarket or B2B is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and supplier meetings.
- Good understanding of the local automotive market.
- Robust ownership, negotiation and execution skills.
- Someone who enjoys building networks and developing business from the ground up.
