Group Service Head (Hyundai Dealership), seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and result oriented professional, leading service operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate robust Leadership skills in managing workshop operations and workforce
- Provide strategic direction to drive workshop efficiently and drive profitability
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and improving CSI scores
- Ensure adherence to OEM compliance companys standards, warranty guidelines and safety protocols
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience of 12-15 years in Automobiles, with 5-6 years in the similar leadership role
- Bachelors degree; BTech/Business Administration will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Computer applications, with understanding of automotive systems, service processes and workshop operations.
