You will be the person who builds the digital engine of a growing venture: the creatives, the storefront, the pages, the ads and the automation, all from one seat. Instead of watching a campaign from a distance, you will launch it, measure it, fix it and scale it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Creatives: Design ad creatives, product mock-ups, banners, static posts and short videos using Canva, AI design tools and video editors.
- Shopify: Set up and run online stores, product pages, collections, checkout, payment gateways, pixels and integrations.
- Landing pages: Build high-converting, mobile-first landing pages for different offers, and keep testing headlines, layouts and CTAs to lift conversions.
- Performance marketing: Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) with the right audiences, budgets and creatives to hit target CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Tracking and accounts: Connect domains, DNS, SSL, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, payment and other business accounts so that every rupee spent can be tracked.
- Automation: Set up automated customer journeys, such as instant emails and follow-ups triggered by a purchase or sign-up, using no-code tools.
- AI-first workflows: Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI and other tools to work 10x faster on copy, design, research and ideas.
- Reporting: Track daily numbers, find what is working, kill what is not, and present simple insights to the founder.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Freshers or 0 to 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- A digital or performance marketing certificate (Meta Blueprint, Google, HubSpot, Coursera, or similar) or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Basic hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager, Canva and any website or landing page builder. Shopify knowledge is a big plus.
- Understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking.
- Comfort with AI tools and a habit of learning current software quickly.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, tests ideas fast and figures things out without waiting for instructions.
- Clear communication, attention to detail and a hunger to grow. Your projects and portfolio matter more than your degree.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Position: Intern / Junior Growth & AI Marketing Executive
- Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (work from office)
- Compensation: ₹2.5 – 3.0 lakh per annum, based on skills and experience
- Incentives: High performance-based incentives on top of fixed pay
- Experience: Freshers / 0 to 2 years
- Joining: Immediate / as mutually agreed
