Primary Responsibilities:

- Audit Improve 2S,JH safety.
- Audit workmen deployment organise resources for production
- Review sequence plan for the availability of painted parts.
- Conduct daily PDCA for quality, delivery performance and monitor to improve process parameters within control limits.
- Conduct weekly audit to verify adherance to standards/SDCA of part process.
- Take corrective actions for customer complaints related to painting process and process rework.
- Provide recommendation feedback during EJO process at painting.
- Support PED for providing recent models variants.
- Control of non conforming products.
- Raise Revex for improvement activities.
- Identifying losses and make contingency plan.
- Review Team leader cell performance measures.
- Review counsel workmen on attendance efficiency
- Identification Implementation of SIT/CFT projects related to policy, MPCP facilitate QCC.
