Purpose/Objective The Group HR - Strategy & Transformation at Adani plays a pivotal role in driving HR strategy and transformation initiatives within the Corporate Services industry.

We are seeking a highly experienced skilled with 10-15 years of relevant experience to lead and execute strategic HR projects that align with Adani's goals and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, change management, and organizational development

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support Adani's business objectives and drive organizational growth - Lead and manage HR transformation projects, including change management, restructuring, and process improvements - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic HR priorities and develop actionable plans to achieve them - Provide guidance and support to HR teams across various business units to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives,



making recommendations for continuous improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR strategy and transformation, applying insights to drive innovation within the organization - Act as a change agent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement

Qualifications and Experience
