The Group Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees consolidated financial reporting for the group, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, variance analysis, and management reporting.

The Group Finance

Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans across multiple markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, supervising accounting operations, supporting audits and tax compliance, and improving financial processes and systems.



The role also collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in financial analysis, cash flow management, and performance monitoring across multiple entities or markets.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, international workplace and manage multiple priorities.
- Qualified qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent, or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech, global mobility, or technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
