- Secondary mandate skill required – Stakeholder Management, Program Governance, Agile Delivery, SDLC, Risk Mitigation, Reporting, Documentation, Team Coordination, Problem Solving, Communication

- Detailed –
- Lead and manage Risk, Privacy, and GRC/IRM program workstreams ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

- Drive implementation and optimization of tools like RSA Archer and ServiceNow for governance and risk management.

- Manage end-to-end migration programs from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption.





- Define and execute data migration strategies including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

- Perform detailed data analysis and reconciliation using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design and manage APIs, workflows, and data flows.

- Utilize Jira and Confluence for program tracking, documentation, and Agile delivery management.

- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with risk, compliance, and privacy requirements.

- Monitor program progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation strategies proactively.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on GRC/IRM initiatives and program health.
