Key Responsibilities:-

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, flyers, banners, posters, brochures, infographics, advertisements, and promotional materials.

- Create visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital marketing platforms.

- Create and edit YouTube videos, promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, explainer videos, corporate videos, reels, and Shorts.

- Handle video editing, including transitions, animations, subtitles, voiceovers, background music, sound effects, color correction, and final rendering.

- Design attractive YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, video covers, and other promotional graphics.

- Create marketing creatives for product launches, campaigns, events, announcements, and company activities.

- Develop motion graphics, animated text, logo animations, and basic 2D animations for videos and digital content.

- Edit raw footage and recorded videos into professional, engaging, and visually appealing content.

- Create website banners, landing page graphics, email marketing visuals, and other digital assets as required.

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, videos, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and convert ideas, scripts,



and concepts into creative visual content.

- Manage multiple design and video editing projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Organize and maintain design files, video assets, templates, and creative resources.

- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, video editing techniques, social media formats, and creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects or similar video editing and animation tools.

- Proven experience in creating and editing YouTube videos, promotional videos, reels, and Shorts.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, transitions, audio editing, and color correction.

- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, thumbnail design, and visual storytelling.

- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail and visual composition.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
