About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to refine and enhance raw images of FMCG products captured from stores, warehouses, and field surveys. The candidate will be responsible for converting raw product photographs into high-quality, standardized images suitable for product catalogs, databases, e-commerce platforms, market intelligence systems, and inventory management solutions.

This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career qualified with strong image editing skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Enhance and retouch raw FMCG product images captured through mobile phones or cameras.
- Remove unwanted backgrounds and create clean, professional product images.
- Correct image quality issues such as:
- Lighting
- Shadows
- Color balance
- Brightness and contrast
- Perspective distortion
- Crop, resize, and standardize images according to company guidelines.
- Ensure product labels, packaging details, and branding elements remain transparent and readable.
- Create product image variations as per business requirements.
- Organize and maintain image libraries with proper naming conventions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure images meet defined standards.
- Coordinate with product data, inventory, and market intelligence teams to achieve desired outputs.
- Support creation of marketing creatives, catalogs, and presentations when required.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of image retouching and photo enhancement techniques.




- Background removal and masking expertise.
- Good knowledge of image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-based image enhancement tools is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with good visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple image-processing tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, photo editing, or image processing.
- Freshers with internship experience or relevant academic projects can also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with product photography or e-commerce catalogs.
- Knowledge of FMCG product packaging and branding.
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar.
