Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be able to create engaging visual content for digital, social media, print, and real estate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, digital marketing, and real estate campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop visually appealing content for property launches, projects, offers, and events.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Edit and enhance property images, project visuals, and promotional creatives.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.




- Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, especially in real estate and digital marketing.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
- Experience creating social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual designs.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.

Preferred
- Prior experience working with real estate developers, brokers, property brands, or construction companies.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools is a plus.

Compensation CTC will be offered based on the candidate’s current take-home salary, experience, skill set, and overall suitability for the role.
