Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, packaging, and website materials. Daily tasks include developing brand-aligned graphics, designing logos and icons, selecting and applying typography, and maintaining consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into clear visual stories, preparing final files for production,



and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Designer will also help evolve Xtovia’s brand guidelines and ensure all visuals support the company’s science-driven, honest positioning.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, layout, and readability.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, contemporary design work and brand-focused projects.
- Ability to translate strategic and scientific concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
