We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with UI/UX skills to join our creative and marketing team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in graphic design, digital creatives, branding and marketing communication, along with a positive working knowledge of Figma and basic UI/UX principles.

The role will primarily focus on creating high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, branding, print materials and other marketing requirements, while also supporting website and digital interface design when required.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual sense, attention to detail and understanding of modern digital design trends.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Create high-quality designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design social-media posts, campaign creatives, advertisements, banners, posters, brochures and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs and campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Design materials for digital marketing campaigns, events, promotions and internal communication.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and creative teams.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Create visually engaging layouts using appropriate typography, colour, imagery and composition.
- Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

UI/UX Design
- Create website and digital interface designs using Figma.
- Develop basic wireframes, layouts and prototypes.
- Design user-friendly and visually consistent website/app interfaces.
- Apply basic principles of user experience, usability and responsive design.
- Collaborate with the development/IT team when required to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintain consistency between the company's digital interfaces and overall visual identity.





Creative & Brand Responsibilities
- Understand creative briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts.
- Develop new design styles and creative approaches for campaigns.
- Stay updated with current design, social-media and digital marketing trends.
- Maintain organised design files, source files and creative assets.
- Ensure all final designs meet quality and brand standards.

Required Skills Graphic Design
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social-media and digital marketing creatives.
- Experience with branding and marketing communication materials.
- Good understanding of design trends and visual storytelling.

UI/UX
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes and basic prototypes.
- Understanding of website layouts and responsive design.
- Ability to design clean, intuitive and visually consistent interfaces.

Qualifications A Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
