Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social media, websites, advertisements and other brand communications. The ideal candidate should be able to turn marketing concepts into clear, attractive and brand-consistent designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, website graphics, advertisements, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
- Design visuals for digital marketing campaigns, blogs, landing pages and other online channels.
- Create infographics, presentations and marketing materials as required.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across typography, layouts, imagery and visual elements.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing, SEO and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, target audiences and brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance images and prepare files in appropriate formats for digital use.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Keep up with current design trends and digital creative formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma or other design tools is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of typography, composition, spacing, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio of relevant design work is required.
