Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can manage both static and video content for Realply Industries.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable creating social media graphics, marketing creatives, product visuals, brochures and other communication materials, as well as shooting and editing videos for social media, product promotions, campaigns, and brand communication.

This is a hands-on visual content role. The candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with practical experience in video shooting and video editing.

Animation is not required, but strong skills in video editing, camera handling, shooting, and visual storytelling are a must.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design – Static Content

- Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Design product creatives, promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, presentations, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Create creative layouts and visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop product-focused creatives for veneers, plywood, decorative panels, and other Realply products.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.

Video – Shooting & Editing




- Plan and execute video shoots for products, manufacturing processes, projects, events, customer interactions, and social media content.
- Handle basic camera/video equipment and ensure good-quality footage.
- Shoot product videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, factory videos, interviews, and promotional content.
- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, product videos, and promotional videos.
- Add music, text, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and other required elements during editing.
- Ensure videos are visually engaging and aligned with Realply's brand identity.
- Manage the complete process from shooting to editing to final delivery.

Social Media & Content Support
- Create visual content for regular social media posting.
- Work with the marketing team on monthly content requirements and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, festivals, events, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Support the team in creating content that showcases Realply's products, manufacturing capabilities, people, and projects.
- Stay updated with current social media content formats and trends.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Practical experience in video shooting/photography.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, typography, colours, and visual communication.
- Ability to convert ideas/briefs into attractive visual content.
- Strong knowledge of social media formats and content requirements.
- Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage a shoot and complete the final edited content.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Software Skills Proficiency in relevant design and video-editing software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects – basic knowledge is sufficient; advanced animation is not required
- Canva or similar design tools




- Other professional video/photo editing tools

Eligibility & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, video editing, content creation, or a similar role preferred.
- Candidates with a robust portfolio demonstrating both static graphics and video work will be preferred.
- Experience in product, manufacturing, interior, architecture, furniture, building materials, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.

Important Requirement This is not a purely desk-based graphic design role.

The candidate must be comfortable with:

Concept → Design → Shoot → Edit → Final Content

Video shooting and video editing experience is mandatory.

Animation is not mandatory.

- Own camera suitable for qualified product photography and video shooting.
- Candidate should be comfortable carrying and using their equipment for product, factory, event, and social media shoots as required.
- Experience with additional photography/videography equipment such as tripod, lights, gimbal, microphone, or related accessories will be an advantage.
