About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital design as well as print design . We are looking for someone who understands visual communication, has a good eye for design, and can independently take a brief and turn it into high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and other digital platforms .
- Design print-ready creatives including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, catalogues, visiting cards, packaging, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into creative designs.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, typography, colour combinations, and visual styles.
- Adapt designs across different sizes and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare artwork according to printing specifications and ensure files are production-ready.
- Coordinate with printing vendors whenever required and understand basic printing processes, dimensions, bleed, CMYK, resolution, etc.
- Make design modifications based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing creatives .




- Maintain organised design files and brand assets.

Required Skills

- 6 months - 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design .
- Good understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media design .
- Practical experience with print design and print-ready artwork .
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva , or equivalent design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy .
- Ability to understand a creative brief and work independently.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only knows Canva .
