Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month, based on experience

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas, scripts and marketing strategies into scroll-stopping visual content for brands and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners and campaign creatives.
- Create branding materials, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral.
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and performance-ad creatives.
- Convert scripts and concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Create multiple creative variations for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Work with raw footage, stock assets, voiceovers, music, motion graphics and subtitles.
- Understand platform-specific creative requirements and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts.
- Use AI-powered image/video tools to accelerate creative production where appropriate.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand identity.





Qualification & Skills Required
- 2+ years of relevant graphic design/video editing experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and short-form video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Knowledge of Canva and similar fast-production tools.
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
- Ability to design performance-ad creatives, not just aesthetically attractive posts.
- Experience with AI image/video creation tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines in an agency environment.

What we're looking for: A designer who understands that a great creative should not only look good—it should stop the scroll, communicate quickly and encourage action. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
