Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer/Video Editor role based in the Mohali district. The role involves designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and social media creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing design ideas, editing and producing video content, creating motion graphics, and adapting visuals to different formats and platforms.

The Graphic

Designer/Video Editor will collaborate with the creative and communication teams to maintain brand consistency, follow project briefs, and meet deadlines while contributing fresh, original ideas. The role also requires preparing files for production, organizing assets, and staying current with design and video trends and tools.





Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging layouts and visual stories.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and pairing typefaces effectively.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
- Ability to edit and assemble video content, add basic motion graphics, and optimize assets for web and social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video work, including concept development and final execution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with creative and account teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
