Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Creative

- Create professional graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners and campaign creatives.
- Maintain strong visual and brand consistency.
- Develop modern, premium and engaging visual concepts.
- Create marketing materials for campaigns, events and promotional activities.
- Apply strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy.

Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, short-form videos and campaign content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging digital content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects and music.
- Create high-retention short-form videos.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple social media assets.
- Understand current video and Reels trends.

Social Media Management Support and progressively take ownership of the company's social media presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant platforms

Responsibilities include:
- Creating weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Planning posting schedules.
- Developing content ideas.
- Researching trends.
- Improving engagement, reach and followers.
- Monitoring content performance.
- Planning campaigns around events, programs and partnerships.
- Helping build a strong and consistent online community.

Campaign Planning The candidate should learn and contribute to campaigns through the complete process: Objective → Audience → Idea → Creative Strategy → Content → Launch → Optimization → Reporting

Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Candidates with experience in Meta Ads Manager will have an advantage.
