About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our digital marketing team and help create high-impact video content for client campaigns across social media, ads, websites, and other digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to turn raw footage and creative briefs into polished, engaging videos that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn), paid ad campaigns, and websites
- Collaborate with content strategists and designers to translate briefs and storyboards into finished videos
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and color correction to enhance video quality
- Edit and repurpose content across multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay current with video trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing




- Organize and maintain a structured media library/project archive
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/other tools
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy for short attention spans
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation
- Solid grasp of audio editing, color grading, and export settings for various platforms
- Ability to work with tight turnarounds without compromising quality
- A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating past marketing/social media work
- Experience with AI-powered editing or content tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement)
- Experience shooting/filming content, not just editing

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
