We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should be able to independently take creative projects from concept to execution and work confidently with clients and internal teams.

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and campaign visuals.
- Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos (30 sec3 mins).
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, branded transitions, and product videos.
- Develop LinkedIn creatives, executive thought-leadership videos, and product walkthroughs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Participate in client calls, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and stakeholders.
- Guide junior designers and ensure quality of creative deliverables.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design + Video Editing, preferably in an agency, B2B, or marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio covering both static and motion/video work.

- Proficiency in

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, branding, motion graphics, and design principles.
- Experience with LinkedIn creatives, digital marketing, B2B/B2C content, and performance-oriented videos.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
