We are looking for a creative and eager-to-learn Video Editor, Graphic & Motion Designer to join the Instinct Media team. Whether you are a fresh graduate or looking for an internship to build your portfolio, this role offers hands-on experience in producing high-quality multimedia content. You will work on everything from fast-paced social media reels and cinematic visual stories to bringing static designs to life through energetic motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Video Creation

- Dynamic Assets: Create engaging 2D animations, motion posters, and GIF assets for digital campaigns.
- Video Enhancements: Design and animate custom lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals, and text animations to elevate standard video content.
- Explainer Content: Assist in creating animated sequences that help explain complex concepts (like our tech and AI services) in a simple, visual way.

Video Editing & Production

- Social Media Content: Edit engaging, fast-paced reels and short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Technical Editing: Handle sequence settings, precise clip splitting, audio syncing, and dynamic keyframing (such as smooth zooms and transitions) using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Visual Storytelling: Assist in assembling cinematic 16:9 videos and dynamic 360-degree product showcases.

Graphic Design & Branding

- Marketing Collateral: Design visually appealing digital assets, social media posts, thumbnails,



and marketing boards.
- Localized Design: Create culturally relevant branding materials, incorporating specific regional aesthetics and typography (e.g., Marathi typography for local businesses).
- AI Integration: Experiment with generative AI tools to assist in creating background images, mood boards, and enhanced visual assets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers and Interns are highly encouraged to apply). A strong portfolio, showreel, or sample work matters much more than years of experience.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Motion Sensibility: A good understanding of timing, easing, keyframes, and how to make animations feel smooth and professional.
- Design Sensibility: A solid grasp of layout, color theory, and typography.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new workflows, including AI-assisted content creation and prompt engineering for visual assets.
