Graphic Designer (Full time)

Role Overview

UIACC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop professional visual content across our digital platforms, events, programs, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, event flyers, banners, brochures, certificates, presentations, and marketing materials.

Create premium creatives for UIACC summits, conclaves, networking events, and community programs.

Develop LinkedIn and Instagram graphics, including carousels and campaign creatives.

Maintain consistent UIACC brand identity across all designs.

Create event branding, stage/backdrop concepts, standees, invitations, and sponsor creatives.

Work closely with the marketing, content, events, and leadership teams.





Resize and adapt designs for different digital and print formats.

Handle multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.

Support basic motion graphics/reel creatives when required.

Requirements

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or Figma.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating corporate and social-media designs.

A strong portfolio demonstrating previous graphic-design work.

Ability to work independently and incorporate feedback quickly.

Experience with event or business-brand creatives is an advantage.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years
