Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, reports, presentations, infographics, and campaign materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, refining visual identities, collaborating with content and policy teams to translate ideas into transparent visual narratives, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves preparing production-ready files,



iterating based on feedback, and maintaining high visual standards across all deliverables.

The Graphic

Designer will also help evolve The Policy Front’s visual style and contribute to design strategy for key initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography to create clear, readable, and aesthetically consistent designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, concept-driven work and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex information and turn it into simple, engaging visual stories.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
