Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in social media design and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have experience creating impactful digital creatives, a strong understanding of Telugu internet culture, and the ability to deliver engaging content for social media campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, posters, memes, carousels, thumbnails, and campaign assets.
- Create visually compelling communication materials across multiple digital platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging and effective visual designs.
- Develop designs aligned with current trends, social media best practices, and audience preferences.
- Create visually appealing layouts, typography, illustrations, photo manipulations, and branding assets.
- Adapt creatives into multiple formats and platform-specific dimensions.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, video editors, and creative stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI-powered design tools, social media formats, and emerging digital technologies.




- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Support basic video creation and editing, including content assembly, graphics, music, transitions, and effects when required.

Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Creative Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
- Understanding of social media content, digital marketing creatives, and campaign execution.
- Knowledge of Telugu meme culture, humour, internet trends, and audience behaviour.
- Strong skills in typography, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms are preferred.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
