Job Brief

Shuraa is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Indian branch located in Delhi

. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create visually engaging content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other communication materials.

- Develop creative concepts and design layouts in line with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.

- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into engaging visual content.

- Create graphics and creative assets for various digital campaigns and promotional activities.

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual communication across all designs.

- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from the marketing and management teams.

- Support the team with creative requirements for events, campaigns, company announcements, and other business activities.

- Explore and utilize AI-based design and creative tools to improve efficiency and develop new creative concepts.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools,



techniques, and developments in digital and social media design.

- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and other creative assets for easy accessibility and future use.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, corporate, or similar environment.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent graphic design software.

- Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, or other modern design platforms will be an added advantage.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience in creating designs specifically for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

- Good understanding of branding and the ability to maintain consistent visual identity across different platforms.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to understand briefs, work on multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with corporate brands or marketing teams.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools.

- Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.
