Role & responsibilities The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and purpose-driven designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively. This role requires strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate written content into impactful visual assets. The designer will work closely with content, marketing, and program teams to ensure all communication is transparent, consistent, and audience appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Communication

- Design digital and print creatives including posters, social media assets, brochures, presentations, certificates, and infographics.
- Translate written briefs and concepts into clear, engaging visual designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs.
- Ensure visual hierarchy, readability, and clarity in all designs.

Language & Content Alignment

- Work closely with content writers and program teams to refine messaging.
- Identify and flag grammatical, tonal, or clarity issues in design content.
- Adapt language and visuals for different audiences (students, parents, educators, professionals).

Collaboration & Execution

- Collaborate with marketing, program, and leadership teams to understand communication objectives.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and meet defined timelines.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Quality Control

- Ensure accuracy of text, dates, names,



and details in all creatives.
- Proofread all design content before final delivery.
- Prepare final files for print and digital publishing.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

- 0-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and attention to language and layout.
- Freshers with a prior experience of internships or projects will be considered

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other designing tools
- Familiarity with basic layout principles for print and digital formats.

Language & Communication Skills

- Strong command over written English (grammar, tone, clarity).
- Ability to understand and refine written content visually.
- Good verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
