Job Title: Graphic Designer – Illustrator

Location: Pune (100% On-Site)

Shift: Night / Rotational (US hours)

Budget: Up to ₹4 LPA

About the Role

We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer to join our Pune team and work directly with international clients.

Key Requirements

- Location: Pune (On-Site only, no WFH)
- Shift: Night / Rotational (aligned with US clients)
- English: Strong verbal & written – mandatory
- Software: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Portfolio: Mandatory
- Assessment: In office round mandatory
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

- Create product mockups, presentation decks, layouts & marketing materials
- Develop digital & print-ready artwork per brand guidelines
- Retouch, resize & enhance images
- Handle revisions & incorporate client feedback
- Communicate directly with international/US clients to understand requirements




- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Experience in product mockups & presentation decks
- Good understanding of typography, color, composition & layout
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with client-facing communication
- Detail-oriented & able to handle multiple projects
- Willing to work 100% on-site in Pune & attend on-site assessment
