About the Role

BioGenex is looking for a creative and technically strong Graphic Designer to support marketing and scientific communication across our biotechnology, diagnostics, digital pathology, oncology, and laboratory automation portfolio.

The role involves creating high-quality visual content for product marketing, digital campaigns, scientific communication, sales enablement, events, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic-design fundamentals along with hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, digital content creation, and modern AI-enabled design tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, banners, presentations, advertisements, email creatives, and social-media content.
- Create scientific workflow diagrams, product schematics, infographics, illustrations, icons, and application graphics for biotechnology and diagnostic products.
- Develop creative assets for product launches, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, workshops, campaigns, and customer-engagement programs.
- Produce and edit product videos, explainer videos, corporate videos, customer testimonials, training videos, reels, and short-form digital content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, animated infographics, product demonstrations, text animations, and visual effects for marketing and educational content.
- Convert complex scientific and technical information into easy, clear, and visually engaging marketing communication.
- Develop digital assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and other online channels.
- Support website and landing-page design through banners, product visuals,



icons, illustrations, and campaign creatives.
- Edit and enhance product photographs, instrument images, laboratory visuals, and scientific images for commercial use.
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Applications, and Scientific teams to develop product and campaign content.
- Maintain consistency with BioGenex brand guidelines across corporate, product, digital, and scientific communication.
- Develop reusable design templates, presentation formats, component libraries, and marketing assets.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, image generation, video enhancement, storyboarding, content adaptation, and faster design execution, while maintaining originality and scientific accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.

The candidate should be able to work effectively with scientists, product managers, marketing teams, and commercial teams to transform complex biotechnology concepts into clear, modern, accurate, and impactful visual communication.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharma, or Scientific organizations are preferred.
- Ability to understand scientific or technical information and translate it into compelling visual communication.
- Experience creating graphics related to IHC, ISH, FISH, digital pathology, oncology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory automation, or microscopy will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, website design, WordPress, Web-flow, HTML/CSS, or landing-page design is desirable.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social-media formats, lead-generation campaigns, and brand communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Communication Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, digital marketing creatives, or related roles.
