About Wildpunch

Wildpunch Design is a 360° marketing and branding agency based in Hazratganj, Lucknow. We take brands end-to-end — branding and identity, packaging, advertising, and digital and social-media marketing — pairing strong visual craft with a rapid, AI-accelerated creative workflow.

The Role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Visual Artist who can take an idea from brief to polished,

on-brand creative across packaging, ad campaigns, and social media. You will work on-site in Lucknow,

collaborating closely with our design, content, and account teams — and you will be encouraged to use AI tools to ideate faster, iterate more, and raise the quality bar. This is a hands-on craft role for someone with strong eye, real range, and genuine curiosity about where AI is taking design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality visual creatives across packaging, print and digital advertising, campaigns,

and social-media posts.
- Take campaign creatives from concept to completion — moodboards, key visuals, and the full set of adapted assets — aligned to each brand and brief.
- Create scroll-stopping social-media content (static posts, carousels, stories, and light motion/animation where needed) for multiple client brands.
- Design packaging and label artwork that is print-ready, dieline-accurate, and on-brand.
- Use AI creative tools (e.g.,



Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, generative fill/expand, AI upscaling and clean-up) to accelerate ideation, mock-ups, and production — with a sharp eye for what to keep, refine, or discard.
- Build and maintain visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines for consistency at speed.
- Partner with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to turn briefs into strong, effective visuals.
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines, incorporate feedback quickly, and keep quality high under pressure.
- Prepare and hand off final files correctly for print and digital/social (formats, resolution, bleed, and colour).
- Keep pace with design trends, platform specifications, and evolving AI tools, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Tools
- Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma and/or

Canva a plus).

- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and solid prompt-writing ability; comfort integrating AI into a professional design workflow.
- Excellent fundamentals:



layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and composition.
- A portfolio that shows range across packaging, advertising, and social-media work.
- Sound understanding of print production and digital/social-media specifications.
- Attention to detail and the discipline to deliver print- and publish-ready files.

Nice to Have

- Motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).
- Basic branding/identity design and simple UI or web-banner work.
- Photography or photo-retouching skills.
- Experience designing for beauty, lifestyle, F&B;, or retail brands.

Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of graphic-design experience, ideally in an agency or brand-side creative team. (Exceptional fresh graduates with a standout portfolio are welcome to apply.)
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual/Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field — or equivalent, demonstrable skill.
