About The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team at Hack2skill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our training programs and learning modules to ensure they meet industry standards and learner needs. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can translate complex technical content into engaging and accessible learning experiences.

The Instructional

Designer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and technical teams to create high-quality educational materials. Additionally, the role involves analyzing learner feedback, assessing the effectiveness of training modules, and continuously improving the curriculum to align with evolving industry trends.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.





Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning content creation is essential. Strong knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM, along with experience using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia, is required. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or TalentLMS is also important.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for technology and continuous learning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities Develop and design engaging, interactive, and effective training content tailored to various technical courses and programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical concepts and translate them into accessible learning modules.

Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create a seamless learning experience. Review and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy. Conduct needs analysis and learner assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for curriculum enhancement.

Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance learner engagement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously,



ensuring timely delivery of training content. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment metrics, making iterative improvements as needed.

Support the deployment and management of e-learning modules within the LMS, ensuring accessibility and technical functionality. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in instructional design and e-learning technology to continuously improve training quality.
