We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer – Internal Communications who specializes in designing impactful visual content for employee engagement and internal branding. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud,
and multimedia design, with a focus on creating clean, corporate, and engaging communication assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design email banners and email templates for internal communications on Microsoft
Outlook
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for leadership, HR, and internal
events
- Develop digital signages and on-screen creatives for office displays
- Edit and produce videos for internal campaigns, announcements, and events
- Ensure consistency with company brand guidelines across all internal materials
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and internal communication teams
- Format and design documents using Microsoft Word
- Handle basic data visualization and formatting using Excel
After Effects)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in corporate/internal communication design
- Strong layout, typography, and corporate branding skills
- Video editing and basic motion graphics skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into visually appealing formats
Experience 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in internal communications or corporate environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for employee engagement campaigns
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with corporate communication tone and structure
