Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful visual storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for web, mobile, and social media, developing logos and brand identities, and selecting typography that aligns with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams, preparing design files for production,



and iterating on feedback to improve user engagement and brand recognition.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to design systems and maintain high-quality design standards across all projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital and print-ready visual assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces for usability and visual impact.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch) and familiarity with UI/UX principles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial design work across digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of design for performance, conversion, and brand consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
