Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The candidate should have a positive understanding of graphic design principles and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.

The role will involve creating designs for events, conferences, presentations, websites, social media, marketing materials, and print requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•

Create professional and visually appealing designs for digital, print, and event-related requirements.

•

Design event/conference slides, banners, forms, brochures, social media creatives, website graphics, and marketing materials.

•

Create and edit logos, icons, illustrations, and vector graphics.

•

Maintain proper alignment, spacing, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.

•

Prepare artwork according to print specifications, including CMYK/RGB, DPI, bleed, margins, and dimensions.

•

Create and manage editable vector artwork using AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF formats.

•

Edit, retouch, resize, enhance, and upscale images and logos while maintaining good visual quality.

•





Adapt designs into different sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

•

Review artwork carefully for quality, alignment, sizing, and production requirements.

•

Work on multiple projects, handle revisions, and complete tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

•

Adobe Illustrator – Good/Advanced knowledge

•

Adobe Photoshop – Good/Advanced knowledge

•

Figma – Good working knowledge

•

Canva – Good working knowledge

•

Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, alignment, and colour.

•

Good knowledge of vector and raster formats.

•

Understanding of printing and production requirements.

•

Ability to work with high-resolution and large-format designs.

•

Good attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.

•

Ability to understand design briefs and convert them into professional designs.

Preferred Experience

Experience in event, conference, corporate, marketing, or presentation design will be an advantage. Experience

1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
